1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hybrid Tech Auto's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Hybrid Tech Auto specializes in:

  • Hybrid battery replacement and diagnostics
  • General automotive services including brake replacement, suspension repair, transmission services, and coolant flush
  • Vehicle diagnostics and inspections
  • Online appointment booking

3. Warranty Information

New Batteries:

All new batteries come with a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation by third parties.

Refurbished Batteries:

All refurbished batteries come with a 6-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation by third parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change. Transparent pricing is provided before service begins. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and additional services needed.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, Zelle, and credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Appointment Cancellation

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to cancel or show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hybrid Tech Auto's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Damage resulting from customer misuse or modification
  • Issues arising from aftermarket parts not supplied by us

7. Vehicle Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
  • Notify us of any modifications or previous work done to the vehicle
  • Pick up your vehicle promptly after service completion
  • Maintain proper vehicle documentation for warranty claims

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual discussion. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
